New building construction, and fitout of a timber-framed Yaletown-style pub with kitchen, retail store, retail cooler aand double-height bar and seating area. Fir structure, wood paneling, brick cladding, tile floors. Building exterior conforms to neighbourhood colour and material palette. Custom-designed universally-accessible washrooms with TVs, fireplaces, stone tile interiors. Construction completed.
