Gary Fields – Principal
With a multidisciplinary background spanning architecture, planning, technology, and construction, Gary Fields brings a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience to every project. Having practiced across Canada from the historic coastal fabric of Halifax to the urban energy of Toronto, the evolving landscapes of Alberta, and the dynamic communities of British Columbia, Gary offers a mature, place-based understanding of regionalism in architecture.
As a self-made professional with a working-class background, Gary also combines his professional expertise with an empathetic, collaborative approach, engaging seamlessly with stakeholders from corporate clients to private owners, end-users, and construction personnel.
At this stage of his practice, Gary is committed to advancing architecture as a force for good, drawing inspiration from our common cultural heritage and our collective place in contemporary society to create meaningful, sustainable spaces.
